Job Description:
Our client a successful growing business based near St Ives is looking to recruit an Administrator on a fulltime permanent basis. Working within a busy Print department you will help support the department to ensure all orders are processed and the department runs smoothly.
Job Role-
· process all print sales proformas and orders;
· supporting the team in all areas of sales administration.
· processing all print sales proformas and orders.
· ensuring accurate print purchase orders are raised and emailed to suppliers within the required timeframe.
· taking responsibility for checking, arranging and submitting all artwork to clients for approval prior to artwork being sent to the supplier.
· ensuring any amendments to the order or the artwork are discussed with and approved by the client and follow company procedure.
· making any amendments to orders in conjunction with company procedures. · Dealing with our supplier delivery plans and maintaining accurate records of order delivery dates.
· discussing any print errors/customer queries are discussed with the appropriate colleagues.
· filing all print paperwork accurately and efficiently
This is a busy admin role working Monday to Friday up to £25,500 per annum plus excellent benefits. To be considered for this role you will ideally have admin experience.
