Job Description:
Property Litigation Associate – London (2+ PQE)
A well-regarded London law firm is looking to hire a Property Litigation Associate (2+ PQE) to join its established real estate disputes team.
The team advises a broad client base including major property investors, developers, corporate occupiers and high-net-worth individuals, handling a wide range of complex real estate disputes.
Typical matters include:
*Landlord and tenant disputes
*Dilapidations and possession claims
*Development and construction disputes
*Rights of light and party wall matters
*Service charge disputes
*Telecommunications Code issues
*Professional negligence and insolvency-related property disputes
You will join a collaborative team with strong partner support, working on high-value matters and gaining early responsibility.
The ideal candidate will have:
*2+ PQE in property litigation
*Experience from a reputable real estate disputes practice
*Strong drafting and client management skills
*The ability to manage a varied contentious property caseload
