Job Description:
My client is a regional, legal 500 law firm, seeking an experienced Company Commercial Lawyer to join their vibrant and collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities*Manage a varied caseload across the full spectrum of company and commercial matters.
*Draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts and transactional documentation.
*Advise on M&A, reorganisations, partnerships, investments and succession planning.
*Work directly with a broad range of clients in multiple sectors.
*Maintain accurate, high-quality written work with strong attention to detail.
*Meet agreed billing targets and manage time efficiently.
*Foster strong, trusted client relationships and provide a high standard of client care.
*Support junior team members as needed.
*Play a proactive role in identifying and developing new business opportunities.
Skills & Experience Required*UK-qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE in Company Commercial work.
*Strong track record of handling a broad range of corporate and commercial matters.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to explain complex issues clearly.
*Highly organised with strong logical prioritisation skills.
*Client-focused approach with the ability to build effective internal and external relationships.
*A collaborative team player with a positive, solutions-focused attitude.
*Strong IT capability and willingness to embrace technology.
*Ambitious, proactive and keen to contribute to team and firm growth.
