Job Description:
Equifind has partnered with a leading public relations agency who are looking for a Finance Manager to join their team on a 4-month fixed-term contract. This is a brilliant opportunity to take ownership of billings, month-end, revenue cycles, and commercial reporting in a vibrant project-led environment.
The agency operates across the UK and Europe, partnering with household-name brands. You’ll be stepping into a high-visibility role supporting senior leadership and project teams while overseeing financial processes end-to-end.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead billings, revenue recognition, and fee forecasting across major client accounts.
*Manage month-end, P&L reviews, and rolling forecasts with accuracy and pace.
*Partner with client teams to track budgets, scopes, and profitability.
*Deliver clear, commercial financial insights to senior leadership.
*Support and guide a finance assistant to ensure smooth daily operations.
What you’ll bring
*Strong experience in finance, ideally within PR, creative, media, marketing, or project-based industries.
*Solid knowledge of billings, client revenue cycles, budgeting, and forecasting.
*Confident communicator who can influence both finance and non-finance stakeholders.
*Organised, detail-focused, and calm under pressure — especially during deadlines.
*Able to hit the ground running quickly in a collaborative, creative environment.
What’s in it for you
*£55–60k pro-rata, DOE
*4-month FTC, ASAP start
*Hybrid working: 3 days in the office for close collaboration with client teams
*Creative, welcoming, and high-energy team environment
*Work that sits at the centre of commercial decision-making
