£40,000 - £45,000 | Fully Remote | 12-Month Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Cover)
A fast-growing healthcare services provider is looking for a Mobilisation & Service Development Lead to help deliver and scale specialist Neurodevelopmental services across the UK. This is an opportunity to join a highly collaborative organisation working at the forefront of ADHD and Autism assessment and treatment services, helping ensure new contracts launch smoothly and services reach patients quickly and effectively.
This role sits at the intersection of sales, operations and clinical delivery, playing a key role in ensuring newly won contracts are mobilised successfully and staffed with the right expertise from day one.

The RoleAs Mobilisation & Service Development Lead, you will take ownership of the mobilisation process for new service contracts, ensuring delivery is organised, well-managed and aligned with operational capacity.
Working closely with operational, workforce and clinical teams, you will ensure services launch on time, at full capacity and with the appropriate clinical expertise in place.
Key responsibilities include:
*Managing the mobilisation of new contracts, ensuring services launch on schedule and operate at full capacity
*Leading mobilisation meetings, ensuring clear agendas, actions and follow-up
*Coordinating with workforce and operational teams to ensure services are fully staffed with appropriately skilled professionals
*Acting as a key link between commercial, operational and clinical teams
*Identifying opportunities to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
*Supporting senior leadership with service development and market growth initiatives
*Contributing to marketing and outreach activities that help attract high-quality clinical talent
About YouYou will bring experience of mobilisation within neurodevelopmental or healthcare services and be comfortable working across multiple teams in a fast-moving environment.
The ideal candidate will have:
*Experience mobilising healthcare contracts within Neurodevelopmental services (NHS or private sector)
*Strong stakeholder management skills across clinical, operational and commercial teams
*The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*A flexible and solutions-focused approach
*At least 1 year of experience mobilising service contracts
