Contract Type: Permanent
Salary: £35,000-£42,000 + Performance-based bonus

About the Role
As an Operations Executive, you will be the backbone of our client’s operations, focusing on:
*Optimising the client journey from onboarding to engagement
*Managing CRM systems (HubSpot) and workflow processes (Monday.com)
*Driving KPI reporting and performance tracking
*Improving processes and automating tasks
*Coordinating webinars and live events
Core Responsibilities
*Client Lifecycle Management: Oversee every step from webinar registration to Academy activation
*Onboarding & Engagement: Enhance onboarding conversion rates and improve client retention
*CRM Management: Optimise HubSpot pipelines and manage automation workflows
*Data Reporting: Maintain accurate reporting dashboards in Google Sheets and produce structured weekly KPI reports
*Event Coordination: Handle logistics for webinars and training sessions, ensuring smooth communication with attendees
*Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies and implement strategies for continuous improvement
What You Bring
To excel in this role, you should have:
*Proven experience in operations or business operations
*Proficiency in CRM management (HubSpot preferred) and workflow management (Monday.com preferred)
*Strong skills in KPI reporting and data analysis
*Knowledge of Google Workspace
*Experience in customer support management
*A highly organised, commercially aware mindset, ready to take charge in a bustling environment!
