We are currently recruiting for a Housing Services Assistant on behalf of a well-established housing organisation in Glasgow for a 6-month contract.

This role will involve working closely with the Housing Officer to support the delivery of high-quality housing management services to tenants.


Key responsibilities include:
*Supporting rent collection and managing low-level rent arrears
*Assisting with estate inspections and estate management issues
*Supporting tenancy sustainment and new tenant settling-in visits
*Assisting with allocations, tenancy sign-ups and accompanied viewings
*Liaising with internal teams and external agencies including local authorities and support services
We are keen to hear from candidates with:
*Experience in housing management, tenancy support or a similar role
*Strong communication and customer service skills
*Ability to manage a varied caseload and work collaboratively
A full driving licence is desirable.
