Job Costings Administration Team Leader
Looking for an experienced Team Leader to run a team of 4 office administrators who look after job costings for an Engineer company in Harlow.
Would suit someone with accounts / financial administration experience with heavy use of MS Excel.


The Team you will be leading are responsible for:
*Carry out job costing across all Contracts to the agreed contracted rates;
*Invoice checking & approvals;
*Quality assurance for job costings carried out;
*Carry out profitability analysis across all contracts to ensure efficiencies
*Identify opportunities to improve processes across business units to drive revenue, decrease costs and potential further works
*Identify and effectively communicate efficiency improvements within the costing process
*Prepare customer monthly valuations within the contracted timescales;
*Develop and maintain relationships with Group Finance, Contract Managers, other Administration Teams, Engineers & Sub-Contractors, Customers and 3rd party suppliers.

Location – Office based role at Harlow (future Hybrid working 3 days office with 2 days remote)
Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.00pm with 30-minute lunch break
Salary £30,000 per annum
Holiday – 22 days + Birthday Day + 8 bank holidays (2 days must be taken during Xmas break)
