Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Harrogate
Salary: £30,000 - £60,000 per annum OTE (uncapped commission)
Hours: Monday to Friday

Your Duties as Account Manager will include:
*Manage the full customer journey from initial enquiry through to successful completion of the finance agreement.
*Assess client needs and identify the most suitable funding solutions from a panel of reputable lenders.
*Deliver a high standard of customer service to both new and existing clients, ensuring a positive experience at every stage.
*Build and maintain strong, long term relationships with customers, positioning yourself as their trusted finance advisor.
*Keep clients fully updated throughout the finance process, ensuring transparency and clear communication.
*Work closely with internal teams to ensure a smooth and efficient service from application to completion.
Experience Required:
*Previous experience in a sales role within financial or FCA regulated environment.
*Demonstrated ability to consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and performance goals.
*Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship building skills.
*Self motivated, confident and driven to succeed in a fast paced environment.
*A proactive team player with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
