Are you a dedicated and experienced care professional looking for a rewarding role in a respected residential care home in Poole? We are currently recruiting a Senior Care Assistant – Days to join a spacious and elegant care home on Sandbanks Road, Poole, Dorset.

The RoleAs a Senior Care Assistant – Days, you will:
*Support residents with personal care needs while promoting dignity and independence
*Assist with daily living activities and encourage social engagement
*Mentor and guide junior team members, sharing your experience and knowledge
*Monitor residents’ wellbeing and report any concerns
*Maintain accurate care documentation
*Promote a safe, welcoming, and homely environment
About You*Previous care experience essential, with some experience in a senior or mentoring role preferred
*NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 in Health & Social Care desirable
*Compassionate, patient, and reliable
*Strong communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
*Passionate about delivering high-quality, person-centred care
