Customer Demand and Supply AnalystLocation: Bradford
Hours: Monday to Friday
Elevation Recruitment Group are working with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Customer Demand and Supply Analyst to join their supply chain team.
Role OverviewThis role is responsible for coordinating customer demand and supply planning activities to ensure accurate forecasting, efficient production planning, and strong delivery performance. The successful candidate will analyse demand trends, manage customer orders, and work closely with supply chain, production, and logistics teams to maintain service levels.
Key Responsibilities*Maintain a rolling 12-month demand forecast to support production and material planning.
*Monitor customer orders and delivery schedules, ensuring on-time and in-full performance.
*Analyse demand fluctuations and work with internal teams to resolve supply risks.
*Manage sales order processing and maintain accurate customer master data and pricing.
*Track backlog orders and communicate delivery updates where required.
*Support logistics coordination and escalation of supply issues.
Skills & Experience*Experience within Supply Chain, Demand Planning, or Sales Operations in a manufacturing environment.
*Strong analytical and organisational skills.
*Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
*Experience using SAP and Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
