*Manage and respond to a variety of enquiries efficiently and professionally.
*Develop and maintain a streamlined enquiry management process.
*Collaborate with the Marketing & Agency team to ensure effective communication strategies.
*Utilise data to analyse enquiry trends and suggest improvements.
*Provide regular updates to stakeholders on enquiry progress and outcomes.
*Ensure all enquiries are handled in compliance with organisational standards and policies.
*Support the development of resources and tools to improve enquiry handling.
*Assist in training team members on best practices for enquiry management.
Profile
A successful Enquiry Management Officer should have:
