Monday-Friday (No Saturdays)

A well-established automotive dealership group is looking to recruit an experienced Master Technician to join their modern workshop in Letchworth.
This is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled technician to join a professional and supportive team, working with the latest diagnostic equipment and benefiting from ongoing manufacturer training and development.
The Role As a Master Technician, you will play a key role in the workshop, ensuring vehicles are diagnosed and repaired to the highest standards.
Key responsibilities include:
* Carrying out advanced diagnostics, servicing, and repairs
* Identifying complex faults using modern diagnostic equipment
* Ensuring vehicles are repaired right first time
* Supporting and mentoring other technicians within the workshop
* Maintaining high standards of safety, efficiency, and workmanship
* Contributing to an excellent customer experience
Requirements * Qualified Master Technician or equivalent experience
* Previous experience within a main dealer or reputable independent workshop
* Strong diagnostic and fault-finding skills
* Confident using modern workshop diagnostic systems
* Strong team player with good communication skills
* Passion for delivering high-quality workmanship
Salary & Benefits * OTE up to £51,300
* Monday-Friday working - No Saturdays
