Reprographics Assistant - US Law Firm ( Ongoing Temp/Contract)
£40,000-£45,000 (Permanent Full Time Equivalent) | 1pm-9pm | London | Office-based
Our client, a leading US Law Firm firm, is seeking an experienced Reprographics Assistant to support their busy Office Services team.
Key Duties *High-quality printing, scanning, photocopying & finishing
*Laminating, binding & guillotining
*Stock checks & ordering consumables
*Basic copier troubleshooting & escalation
*Post handling, couriers & confidential waste
*Keeping copy rooms stocked & tidy
*Assisting with meeting rooms & office moves
What You’ll Need *Experience with reprographics equipment
*Strong attention to detail & time management
*Good communication & teamwork skills
*Flexible, hands-on approach
*Experience in legal/corporate environments
