We’re looking for a hands-on Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a friendly and close-knit maintenance team within a manufacturing environment.



This role offers the chance to work on a variety of machinery, while also supporting bespoke welding machine builds and site improvement projects.

Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Job Description



*Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs
*Fault finding and maintaining a range of manufacturing machinery including grinders, mills, lathes, furnaces and production lines
*Working with 3-phase systems, power distribution and motor control circuits
*Supporting the electrical build of bespoke welding machines
*Maintaining site electrical compliance including fixed wire testing, PAT testing and fire systems
*Working closely with the maintenance and production teams

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications



*Experience in industrial electrical maintenance
*Strong understanding of 3-phase electrical systems
*Ability to fault-find on a variety of machinery
*Knowledge of UK electrical safety standards (18th Edition preferred)
