Description
*Manage and perform reconciliations of financial accounts to ensure accuracy and compliance.
*Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records efficiently.
*Prepare accurate and timely financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
*Assist in the month-end and year-end close processes.
*Support the development and implementation of efficient reconciliation processes.
*Collaborate with other departments to ensure financial data integrity.
*Provide support during audits and address any queries related to reconciliations.
*Maintain detailed and organised financial documentation.
Profile
A successful Interim Reconciliation Accountant should:
*Be fully qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
*A technically strong hands on accountant who is willing to get their hands dirty
*Have proven experience in accounting and reconciliation processes.
*Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
*Be comfortable working with sophisticated accounting systems (eg Netsuite)
*Have a charity background
*Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a remote setting
Job Offer
*Daily rate of £275 to 325/day
