Service Advisor
Franchised Motor Dealership - Warrington
A leading prestige automotive brand is looking to add a Service Advisor to their professional dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys delivering a premium customer experience while working in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Salary & Benefits
*Basic Salary: £28,800
*On Target Earnings: £38,000-£40,000 (realistic and achievable bonus structure)
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 6:00pm
*Saturdays: 1 in 5 Saturday mornings (8:00am - 1:00pm), paid as overtime

As a Service Advisor, you will be the key point of contact between the dealership and customers. You will ensure a seamless service experience from booking through to vehicle collection, maintaining the highest standards of customer care.
Key Responsibilities include:
*Welcoming customers and understanding their service and repair requirements
*Liaising with workshop technicians to manage vehicle progress
*Keeping customers informed throughout the service process
*Delivering a premium, customer-focused experience
*Building strong, long-term customer relationships
About You
*Previous experience in a Service Advisor role within a prestige environment
*Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
*Passion for delivering a premium customer experience
