The Opportunity
We are working with a large, reputable and well-known organisation based in Bradford that is looking to appoint a Strategic Planning & PMO Analyst to join their growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, supporting strategic decision-making, and helping keep key business projects on track. You will work closely with senior stakeholders and gain exposure to high-level strategic planning and project delivery across the organisation.
The Role
As a Strategic Planning & PMO Analyst, you will play a key role in supporting the organisation’s strategic planning process and project portfolio. You’ll help gather and analyse data, prepare reports and presentations, and monitor the progress of important initiatives to ensure they stay on track.
Key Responsibilities
*Support the preparation of materials for strategic planning cycles and leadership meetings

*Conduct research and analysis on markets, performance, and internal data

*Produce clear reports, dashboards, and presentations to support decision-making

*Maintain project documentation including plans, milestones, risks, and status reports

*Coordinate governance meetings, including scheduling, agendas, and minutes

*Track progress across key initiatives and highlight any risks or delays

*Work with teams across the organisation to gather updates and ensure projects are progressing smoothly

*Contribute to improving planning and project management processes

About You
*Degree or Master’s in Business, Economics, Management, or a related field

*Strong analytical and organisational skills

*Confident using Excel and PowerPoint

*Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

*A proactive mindset with a genuine interest in strategy, planning, and project management
