Clinical Lead Nurse (RGN/RMN) - Plymouth
Nurse Seekers are extremely proud to be recruiting a fantastic Clinical Lead for our client’s nursing home in Plymouth. Our client provides Nursing care to elderly people in a beautiful, modern environment. As the Clinical Lead you will be a Senior member of the Nursing team and be responsible for overseeing clinical operations and managing the wider nursing and care team.
About You
*Experience of working with a Nursing Home
*NMC PIN (RGN or RMN)
*Full Right to work in the UK (Sponsorship is NOT on offer)
Skills Required
*Strong Leadership
*Effective use of time for self and staff
*Up-to-date clinical skills
*Knowledge of the current care practices laid down by the CQC
*Knowledge of dementia care
*Good communication skills, both written and verbal
*Proven ability to nurture and develop staff
