Job Description:
66KV SAP’s required for offshore wind project
We’re supporting a leading organisation in the renewables sector who are looking for 1-2 experienced 66kV SAP contractors to join their offshore team, starting in April. This role covers a mix of array cable work and wind turbine commissioning and offers a great opportunity to contribute to a major offshore wind development.
About the Role
You’ll be working closely with offshore teams to deliver safe and efficient electrical operations. The position operates on a 14 days on / 14 days off rotation, with an initial contract duration of 3-6 months.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Supporting array cable activities and wind turbine commissioning
*Ensuring all HV and safety procedures are adhered to
*Overseeing installation, testing, and maintenance of offshore electrical systems
*Working collaboratively with project teams to keep operations running smoothly
*Providing technical guidance across all 66kV activities
What We’re Looking For
*Experience working on offshore wind farm projects
*Strong understanding of 66kV HV systems
*Background in turbine commissioning, testing or maintenance, as well as array cable work
*Ability to perform effectively in offshore environments
*Valid offshore certificates (GWO, medical, etc.) are required
