Job Description:
Quality Personnel are excited to be recruiting now on behalf of our long-standing and valued partner AQA, supporting the Summer Exams 2026 programme.
We are looking for Supervisors to lead teams across a range of departments within the scanning centre. This role combines team leadership with hands-on operational support.
Key responsibilities include:
·Training and inducting new starters
·Motivating and managing teams
·Supporting HR processes and administration
·Carrying out operational tasks including scanning, logging and document preparation
Shift options:
·08:00 – 17:00 – £15.70 per hour (Monday to Saturday)
·18:00 – 00:00 – £16.05 per hour (Monday to Friday)
·21:30 – 06:00 – £16.75 per hour (Monday to Saturday)
Most of these roles are from Monday to Saturday, so full commitment is needed throughout the contract period.
The contract starts in April and runs through to the end of June with the possibility of extending.
