Job Purpose*To create, produce and analyse reports for internal customers across the business.
*To provide support to both the Regulatory Contract Manager and to the Performance Analysts through technical support and maintaining the current suite of reports.
*Manage a team of performance analysts
What You Will Be Doing:*Lead and develop a team of performance analysts, providing direction, support, and acting as a focal point for the team.
*Produce accurate, high-level daily, weekly and monthly reports, scorecards and dashboards, including data preparation, process documentation and regulatory reporting support.
*Build and maintain complex reports and data workflows, ensuring alignment with customer and operational reporting needs and meeting tight deadlines.
*Engage and manage stakeholders at all levels, including directors and senior leaders, presenting insights at performance board meetings and representing the Planning & Performance team when required.
*Analyse data to identify trends, recommend performance improvements, proactively challenge current practices, and collaborate with other teams to source information for management reporting.
What We Are Looking For:*Proven experience building scorecards and dashboards, with strong operational knowledge, regulatory understanding and the ability to make informed decisions.
*Advanced user of corporate systems and Microsoft Office, with strong skills in Excel and Power BI (preferred).
*Highly organised with a structured, methodical approach, strong time management, attention to detail and a completer–finisher mindset.
*Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence to lead meetings and workshops with operational leaders and maintain strong customer focus.
*A proactive team player who can deliver workloads independently, delegate when required, and support the Regulatory Contract Manager in their absence.
