Job Description:
Oliver James are proud to be supporting one of the most exciting reinsurance businesses in the market with a new senior position supporting assumption development across multiple product lines and global markets.
This role is a second in command position with responsibility of leading a team of 5 and supporting their continuous development. This team supports both longevity and protection markets but expertise in both is not essential.
The ideal candidate will have the following experience:
*A fully qualified actuary with a minimum of 6 years post qualified experience
*Significant experience in assumption development with specific expertise in either longevity or protection products
*Confidence designing and implementing changes in processes
*Experience managing and leading a team
