A prestigious global provider of legal services is seeking an experienced E-Billing Analyst to join their growing team in Leeds!

The Role
Reporting to the E-Billing Supervisor, you will take a lead role in administering firm-wide e-Bill systems. You will be responsible for managing the requirements of large, complex clients while providing essential mentorship to junior team members.
Key Responsibilities:
*System Administration: Managing all e-Bill systems firm-wide, ensuring strict adherence to standardized end-to-end processes.
*Client Management: Leading on e-Billing matters for the firm’s most complex clients, including reporting and presenting both internally and externally.
*Team Development: Assisting with the training of new administrators and mentoring junior members on complex rejections.
*Process Improvement: Identifying problems and implementing solutions to streamline workflows and improve best practices.
*Stakeholder Collaboration: Conducting monthly meetings with Collections to review aged AR and collaborating with various finance teams to ensure alignment.
*Operational Excellence: Ensuring all SLAs are met regarding uploads, rejections, and reconciliations.
Your Profile
We are looking for a self-motivated professional with a "can-do" attitude and a track record of identifying and solving complex billing issues.
*Experience: Proven e-Billing experience, including reconciliation and familiarity with various file formats and systems.
*Technical Skills: Competent user of Microsoft Excel and Word; experience in multi-currency or shared service environments is preferred but not essential.
*Communication: Excellent English communication skills with the ability to challenge and influence key stakeholders.
*Attributes: High level of accuracy in data input, strong analytical skills, and the ability to prioritize workloads in a fast-paced environment.
*Leadership: Ability to assist with first-stage interviews and guide team members through their initial months.
