Job Description:
A highly respected St Albans based wealth management firm is looking for a Chartered Financial Adviser to join their close-knit team.
This is a rare opportunity to inherit and manage an established client base, the successful candidate time to embed into the business, learn the firm’s advice philosophy and build strong client relationships.
The Role
You will work within the firm’s collaborative Team structure of Paraplanners and Financial Administrators overseeing a portfolio of clients.
Investment Philosophy
The firm follows an evidence-based investment approach, working with Dimensional Fund Advisors, focusing on long-term planning rather than active fund selection.
Clients
• Typical client size: £250k – £3m AUM
Working Pattern
• St Albans based firm
• Hybrid working available (0–3 days in office) once established
Package
• £70,000 basic salary
• Discretionary bonus (based on company performance)
Requirements
• Chartered Financial Planner (CII)
• Strong financial planning and relationship management skills
• Team player who can also work independently
