Job Description:
Our client, a highly regarded and innovative technology company based just outside Cambridge, is looking for a Repairs Centre Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of their busy service and repair facility.
You will be responsible for managing the performance and development of the repairs team, ensuring service levels are met while continuously improving operational processes and efficiency.
Key responsibilities will include:
*Managing the day-to-day operations of the repairs centre
*Leading and developing the repairs team
*Ensuring services meet agreed SLAs and operational KPIs
*Acting as a key point of contact for customers and service issues
*Managing workflow, resourcing and operational performance
*Driving process improvements and maintaining quality and compliance standards
The successful candidate will have:
*Experience managing teams within a technical repair, manufacturing or service environment
*A track record of delivering operational performance against SLAs and KPIs
*Experience working in a customer-facing B2B environment
*Strong organisational and communication skills
*Commercial awareness and experience working with ERP or service systems
*An electronics background or relevant engineering qualification would be advantageous.
