Job Description:
Time Appointments are currently recruiting on behalf of a company based in Woolpit, who are recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator.
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
*Raising delivery notes and invoices.
*Updating information on to the systems for feedback to the principle contractors.
*Taking information from the SAPs system and updating jobs on the principal contractors system.
*Managing own workload as well as working with the team to ensure the workload is covered.
*Assisting with booking appointments with customers in occupied properties.
*Coordinating with Service Engineers to attend appointments.
Skills & Experience Required:
*Strong interpersonal and communication skills via email and telephone.
*Able to work well within a team as well as independently.
*Good time management.
*Excellent computer skills including Excel. Sage experience would be an advantage, however training will be given.
*Previous experience in a customer care or administrative role is desirable.
*You must be very organised with good attention to detail.
*You will be a personable and adaptable individual.
