Academics are supporting a secondary school in Swindon that is looking for a creative and enthusiastic Drama Teacher. This is an excellent opportunity to inspire students, develop their performance and confidence, and contribute to a vibrant performing arts department.
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 desirable)
* Develop students’ acting, performance, and creative writing skills
* Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback
* Maintain a positive, inclusive, and focused classroom environment
* Promote safeguarding and student wellbeing
Ideal Candidate
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
* Strong subject knowledge in Drama or Performing Arts
* Experience teaching in a secondary school setting
* Confident classroom and behaviour management skills
* Energetic, creative, and collaborative approach
