Nursery Manager (4-Day Week) – Wimbledon
Location: Wimbledon, London (SW17)
Salary: £44,000 – £59,000 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week | 4 Days Per Week (7:30am – 6:30pm)
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round

Catering for up to 120 children, this high-capacity setting offers an exceptional environment designed from a "blank canvas" for early years excellence. You will be supported by a robust leadership structure, including two Deputy Managers and a Third-in-Charge, allowing you to lead, inspire, and make a strategic impact every day.

Key Responsibilities

*Safeguard the welfare of children, staff, and families at the highest level.
*Drive continuous improvement and maintain strong community/parent partnerships.
About You
*Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Early Years (full and relevant).
*Experience: At least 2 years’ experience as a Nursery Manager or Deputy Manager.
*Leadership: A confident, people-focused leader with a track record in large-scale settings.
*Knowledge: Expert understanding of EYFS, safeguarding, and Ofsted compliance.
*Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK.
