This hire is part of the next phase of growth, supporting increasing demand across key accounts while developing the next generation of consultants within the business.
The roleYou will join as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, working alongside experienced consultants on accounts that are already generating revenue.

*Learning client requirements and workforce planning
*Gradually taking ownership of roles and accounts as you develop

Who this is forThis role is suited to people at the start of their career who are comfortable working in target-driven environments.
Typical backgrounds include:
*Graduates with sales, commercial, or target-driven experience
*Individuals from estate agency, telesales, or other sales roles
