Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 basic (DOE) + uncapped commission
OTE: Realistic OTE £70k–£100k+ with uncapped earning potential

The Role
We are looking for a 360 Recruitment Consultant to join our team. You will manage the full recruitment cycle, from generating new business to delivering placements. This role is ideal for a recruiter who:
*Has experience running their own desk or managing client relationships
*Wants independence, flexibility, and high earning potential
*Enjoys developing strong, long-term client partnerships
*You’ll work closely with the Managing Director and Marketing Manager, who will help build your brand presence and candidate attraction, so you can focus on generating vacancies and growing your desk.
Key Responsibilities
*Generate new job vacancies through business development and existing client relationships
*Build, manage, and grow your own recruitment desk
*Source candidates where required via job boards, social media, and networking although sourcing support will be given
*Manage the full recruitment process from vacancy qualification to offer stage
*Deliver placements and achieve billing targets
*Maintain accurate records in Bullhorn CRM
*Build long-term partnerships with clients
Tools & Support
*Bullhorn CRM
*Access to major job boards for candidate sourcing
*Marketing support to increase sector visibility
*Candidate sourcing assistance where needed
*Established operational infrastructure and brand reputation
*Administration and Finance (invoicing) support
What We Are Looking For
Essential:
*Minimum 3 years of recruitment agency experience
*Experience running your own desk with proven billing success
*Strong business development capability and ability to generate vacancies independently
Highly Desirable:
*Existing client relationships that can be leveraged
*Clients not tied into restrictive PSL agreements
*Entrepreneurial mindset and ability to work independently
Salary & Commission
Base Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 (depending on experience


Commission Structure:
*Up to 40% commission
