Job Duties
*Greeting clients and visitors with a warm, professional welcome.
*Managing the front desk, switchboard, and incoming enquiries.
*Coordinating meeting rooms and ensuring spaces are prepared and presentable.
*Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries.
*Maintaining a tidy and organised reception area.
Requirements
*Previous reception or front-of-house experience (corporate setting preferred).
*Professional, polished communication skills.
*Confident, friendly, and customer-focused.
*Proficient in MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel).
