Job Description:
We’re supporting a fantastic business in the property maintenance industry to recruit a Repairs & Voids Manager to lead and oversee a busy housing contract based in Nottingham This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about delivering high-quality services to residents and improving operational performance.
About the Role
You will lead a team of regional multi trade team including supervisors’, to deliver repairs, voids, and planned / cyclical works. You’ll ensure contracts, budgets, and service standards are met, and drive improvements in customer satisfaction, compliance, and value for money.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage a regional multi trade team
• Oversee responsive repairs and voids services, ensuring high standards and timeliness
• Implement process improvements and continuous service enhancements
• Ensure compliance with housing legislation, H&S regulations, and organisational policies
About You
• Significant experience managing property services in social housing
• Expertise in responsive repairs, voids, and planned programmes
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• In-depth knowledge of housing, tenancy, leasehold, and H&S legislation
• Experience delivering service improvements, budgets, and contract management
