Job PurposeTo provide support to the delivery manager in managing and delivering water demand reduction projects, by monitoring delivery and effectiveness, informing continuous improvement, and supporting issues through to resolution.
To provide analytical expertise, using available data and communication with colleagues, to optimise the performance of demand reduction projects.
To provide guidance to colleagues, suppliers, retailers and customers regarding demand reduction interventions and operational practices.
What You Will Be Doing:*Monitor the delivery and effectiveness of demand reduction activity e.g. water audits, customer side leakage resolution and illegal use cases to ensure demand reduction performance commitments are achieved
*Work closely with the Data and Insights team to examine information and data to identify patterns, trends and insights, to inform continuous improvement
*Provide recommendations and solutions to optimise current programmes of work to deliver the greatest demand reduction, including an understanding of customer segmentation
*Prepare reports to highlight programme issues, risks and actions and prompt intervention as necessary
*Feed analysis and insight into the Water efficiency delivery manager to inform future change
*Help plan and manage data and communications for future programmes of work
*Support with the development and effectiveness monitoring of new propositions
*Support with future demand reduction strategy planning
What We Are Looking For:*Degree level qualification or equivalent experience in the water industry
*Strong communication and presentation skills
*High level of competence in problem solving, analytical reasoning, and planning
*Ability to examine information and data to identify patterns, trends and insights, and provide recommendations and solutions based on findings
*Experience in customer engagement and project management
*Ability to build and manage effective relationships within and outside of UU
*Good knowledge of wider water industry and regulatory context
