Job Description:
THE COMPANY
We’re working with an award-winning independent business based in Swaffham who are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their team in a fully office-based position. This role will see you working within customer service and administration to support the smooth running of services provided. You will be sat in a small, friendly team, responding to customer enquiries (both telephone and email) and delivering personable support. This position would suit someone with strong customer service and administrative experience within an office environment. You will be fully office based, working Monday – Friday, and 1 in 5 Saturdays (with time off in lieu).
THE ROLE OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
*Assist customer enquiries with future or current bookings, via phone and email
*Provide accurate service information
*Resolve customer queries, passing onto appropriate channels where necessary
*Accurately input and maintain customer information and query information on internal systems
*Deliver clear communication to a range of customers, upholding high company standards
*Collaborate with other departments and team members
*Keeping up-to-date with various services offered
THE REQUIREMENTS OF A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR
*Office-based customer service experience, over phone / email
*Experience with Excel, Word, and Outlook
*Ability to follow instructions, processes, and prioritise when needed
*High levels of organisation and attention to detail
DETAILS
*£25,398.80
*Monday – Friday, 8.45am – 5.30pm (40 hour week), Working 1 in 5 Saturdays, 9am – 4pm with time off in lieu. Please note there may be a potential shift pattern to be worked on a rota system that would be 0745/1630 OR 0945/1830, but this is still under discussion
