The Position - ARP Teacher
The school is seeking a very strong EYFS Teacher with extensive knowledge of ASD and SEN to lead a newly established ARP class. The successful ARP Teacher will be responsible for creating a highly structured, nurturing, and inclusive learning environment tailored to pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder within the Early Years age range. It is essential that the ARP Teacher has previous experience working within a SEN school setting and has a secure understanding of supporting children with complex needs. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive understanding of SCERTS, TEACCH, and Attention Autism/Curiosity Programme. You will play a key role in establishing and developing this new provision, ensuring high-quality teaching, structured routines, and measurable progress for all pupils.
