Nursery Manager (4-Day Week) – Marble Arch / Mayfair
Location: Marble Arch, Central London (W1H)
Salary: £45,000 – £52,000 per annum (Negotiable based on experience)
Hours: 36 hours over 4 Days (Shifts between 7:00am – 7:00pm)
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round

We are looking for a dedicated leader who leads by example. We already have a dedicated Office Manager and Finance Team to handle the heavy admin—leaving you free to focus on what you love: coaching, mentoring, and delivering exceptional Early Years education.

The Role
*Oversee the day-to-day excellence of the nursery.
*Lead, mentor, and develop a passionate staff team through "on-the-floor" role modelling.
*Drive high-quality, child-centred care and a robust safeguarding culture.
*Support marketing and enrolment to maintain sustainable growth.
*Build deep, meaningful relationships with parents and the wider community.
About You
*Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Early Years (Full & Relevant). Level 5 or Degree preferred.
*Experience: Proven track record as a Nursery Manager in the UK.
*Leadership Style: Confident, hands-on, and inspiring. You should be someone who loves working alongside your team to raise standards.
*Knowledge: Expert understanding of EYFS, Ofsted requirements, and safeguarding.
*Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
