A Housing Association is seeking a Responsive Repairs Operative to carry out day-to-day maintenance and repair works within tenanted properties across North London. This permanent role involves delivering responsive repairs to a high standard, ensuring properties remain safe, functional, and well maintained for residents.


Key Responsibilities

*Carry out responsive repairs within tenanted residential properties


*Complete a range of general maintenance tasks across core trades


*Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently during property visits


*Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with required standards


*Maintain clear records of works completed and report any additional repair needs


*Deliver high-quality workmanship while working within occupied homes



Requirements

*NVQ Level 2 in a core trade


*Full UK Driving Licence


*Experience carrying out responsive repairs within residential properties


*Ability to complete a range of multi-trade maintenance tasks


*Good understanding of health and safety when working in occupied properties
