You’ll be joining the Creative & Design division of the business; they’re the team who are fixated on creating & developing the visual identity & online presence for all the recruitment start-up businesses that we work with & support.
*A salary of £30,000

Isotope identify motivated & enthusiastic recruiters who are looking to run their own recruitment agencies & offer a free launch platform followed by exceptional ongoing support & backing in exchange for an annually descending percentage of that new companies billing over a 4 year period. Part of that fantastic offering is the commitment to support our recruitment business owners in providing support & assistance in the creative & marketing aspects of their recruitment company. Everything from brand creation & website development to on-going creative support & marketing guidance. Everything visual, branding, creative – that’s the job of the team here at Isotope.
Your opportunity?
You would work with the fantastic creative team in creating, developing & nurturing the entire creative process for our clients – our budding recruitment entrepreneurs. You would be involved in everything that goes into their Brand creation – taking inspiration from them, their sector & perhaps any preferences they already have. From creating their visual brand to Website development & perhaps some marketing advice along the way. Having full autonomy over what you create, you’ll find that you start to build very personal relationships with our clients as they’ll look to you for creative support & inspiration from Day 1.
You will have a chance to work with your own growing portfolio of clients who will need your practical advice, moral support & words of encouragement to help them as they run their own recruitment business. You will draw encouragement from the fact that this is real creative support, given to real people, in their "very real" recruitment businesses.
But you really won’t be alone here. You’ll be surrounded by a team who have been working with these fantastic clients for many (many) years, you’ll be able to learn off some of the creative superstars who have made Isotope who they are & who have been solely responsible for some of the great brands we already support. Some of which you might have already seen across LinkedIn & the like?
Your skillset?
You will come from a creative background (obviously I hear you say!). You will either have worked within a creative agency perhaps working on Brand & Websitecreation for their clients; or perhaps you’ll have been an in-house designer for a company, taking ownership of one particular brand, website & marketing strategy; or perhaps you’re a freelancer looking to get back into the world of employment.
You may have a good understand of the recruitment world (or you may not). Heck, you may have already supported recruitment businesses in their creative processes. But you will (we are sure) appreciate that being agreat Creative Graphic designer for start-up businesses is not just passively supplying a few suggested logos & creating a website; but rather bringing ideas to life, concepts to reality & visions to fruition as they say! Corny enough for you?
It’s a role that requires personality, proactiveness & the patience to listen to our clients, understand what they want their business to look like & deliver their vision. All while adding your own unique & professional input that will, well & truly, help that business grow. You will have the opportunity to work on a number of projects with a diverse range of clients, where simply being yourself while doing a great professional job is the best way to go about your business.
You’ll be pretty talented in the use of the entire Adobe Creative Suite, with a genuine interest in all things creative. You’ll know your way around Illustrator, InDesign & Photoshop & you’ll be forever eager to learn more about what it takes to create, build & develop a brand across the recruitment world. These are real people, starting & developing real business who will want to lean on you for your help, advice & support around how to make their business really stand out.
