*Prepare and oversee accurate financial reports and budgets.

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
*A relevant accounting qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA).
*They are open to first time movers from practice as well as industry qualified candidates.
*Proven experience in financial reporting and analysis.
*Knowledge of financial regulations within the property industry.
*Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
*Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
*Proficiency in financial systems and software.
