A leading global professional services firm is seeking a Pitch Specialist to join its dynamic Marketing & Business Development team. In this role, you will support partners focused on the Riyadh market, collaborating closely with colleagues across London, the Middle East, and the U.S. to deliver high-impact, visually compelling pitches and business development materials.

As the Pitch Specialist, you will:
*Own and manage pitch opportunities from start to finish, ensuring consistency, quality, and timely delivery.
*Work directly with partners to build bespoke English-language materials that are visually striking and persuasive.
*Use leading research databases (e.g., Mergermarket, PitchBook, Preqin) to produce insights that strengthen client proposals and presentations.
*Maintain accurate internal records, updating deal lists, credentials, and directories.
*Collaborate seamlessly with global stakeholders while navigating tight deadlines and shifting priorities.
What You’ll Bring:
*Proven experience creating pitches within a law firm or professional services environment.
*Exceptional attention to detail, you instinctively spot inconsistencies and elevate quality.
*Strong communication and relationship-building skills across teams and senior stakeholders.
*Excellent PowerPoint and Word skills; comfortable working with research tools and databases.
*A degree is preferred but not essential.
