Our client is looking for an exceptional, confident individual to join their team on a 4–6-month temporary basis in Norton Canes.
This is a client-facing role where you will be engaging with members of the public visiting the site. You will be responsible for approaching people in a professional and friendly manner, asking questions about the client’s product and carrying out fact-finding conversations to gather feedback and insights.
This role would suit someone who is confident speaking to people, approachable, and comfortable initiating conversations with the public.
Key Responsibilities
*Approaching visitors on site to discuss the client’s product
*Conducting fact-finding conversations and gathering feedback
*Representing the client in a professional and polite manner
*Building rapport quickly with members of the public
*Accurately recording information gathered during conversations
The Ideal Candidate
*Confident speaking to and approaching members of the public
*Friendly, professional and well-mannered
*Previous customer-facing or front-of-house experience preferred
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Reliable and able to work independently
*Own transport is essential due to the location
Hours & Pay
*?16.00 per hour weekly paid via Elite Personnel
*Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm
*4–6-month temporary assignment
