Nursery Practitioner (Level 3) – Beautiful Park Setting
Location: Caterham, Surrey (CR3)
Salary: £28,782 – £31,950 per annum (Depending on experience)
Hours: Monday – Friday | 41–45 hours per week (Shifts between 8am – 6pm)
Contract: Permanent, All Year Round

The Role
*Deliver high-quality childcare in line with EYFS and regulatory requirements.
*Focus on the care and development of under 2’s, providing a nurturing "home-from-home" feel.
*Create engaging, creative, and developmentally appropriate learning environments.
*Prioritise children’s safety, wellbeing, and safeguarding at all times.
*Build positive, professional relationships with parents and colleagues.
About You
*Qualification: Minimum Level 3 Early Years (full and relevant).
*Experience: Proven experience as a Nursery Practitioner, ideally with babies/under 2’s.
*Qualities: Creative, positive, and genuinely passionate about early years education.
*Skills: Strong communication and the ability to work in partnership with families.
*Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK.
