Position: Sales Administrator
Location: Basingstoke
Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
Aftersales Administrator required. Our client is a well-established and growing manufacturer based in the Basingstoke area. This is an excellent opportunity for an administrator to join a close-knit team within a fast-paced environment and rewarding environment.
Aftersales Administrator Position Overview
*Processing aftersales enquiries, customer orders and complaints from customers
*Tracking aftersales order from processing through to despatch
*Liaising closely with internal teams including engineering, stores, sales and logistics
*Maintaining an accurate record of customer interactions, quotation requests and documents.
*Providing administrative support to the after sales operations including creating and following up on leads
*Providing customer certificates and documents relating to equipment
Aftersales Administrator Position Requirements
*Proven experience within a Sales / Administrative related role
*Proficient with MS365 such as Outlook and Excel
*Strong attention to detail
*Based in a commutable distance of Basingstoke
*Exposure to an engineering / manufacturing environment is advantageous
*Familiarity with CRM / ERP systems is advantageous
*Strong communication skills both written and verbal
Aftersales Administrator Position Remuneration
*Salary: £24,000 - £26,000
*5 hours per week. Flexible within Mon-Fri 9am-5pm
*30 days holiday, including bank holidays, increasing with tenure
