Project Coordinator Corporate Volunteering
Location: London
Contract: 12 months
Work Setup: Onsite - 5 days per week

What you’ll do
*Manage and deliver programmes that mentor young people, provide project-based learning, and build capacity for non-profits and start-ups.
*Collaborate with non-profit partners and business colleagues to design projects that support youth employment, small business growth, and financial health initiatives.
*Coordinate employee volunteering activities, including mentoring, project support, and engagement, ensuring alignment with programme goals.
*Oversee project management aspects, including planning, budgets, timelines, deadlines, and communications to employees, young people, and partners.
*Work closely with local colleagues and partners to ensure successful execution of in-person and virtual activities in select EMEA markets.
*Track social impact outcomes, maintain stakeholder communications, and develop materials to enhance programme engagement and visibility.
What you bring
*3+ years’ experience managing projects, volunteering programmes, or community/social impact initiatives.
*Strong project management skills with attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
*Experience coordinating volunteers or liaising between corporate and non-profit partners is highly desirable.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a positive, encouraging style.
*End-to-end project experience valued; financial services background is a plus but not essential.
*Proficiency in MS Office, particularly PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
