Job Description:
Market 36 Recruitment are currently looking for a Customer Service Administrator on behalf of our client based in Braintree on a permanent basis.
Our client is seeking a highly organized and proactive Customer Service Administrator to support the smooth running of their operations. This role plays a key part in coordinating administrative activities, liaising with customers and suppliers efficiently, and providing essential support to management and teams across the organization. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Liaising with customers and responding to enquiries in a professional manner
• Generating Work Orders
• Preparing and processing invoices
• Providing customer quotes and following up regularly to maintain communication
• Arranging customer collections
• Maintaining accurate filing and administrative records
Experience, Education & Qualifications:
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively within a team
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Good organisational and communication skills
Salary: £27,000 - £28,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday 8am-4:30pm. Friday 8am-3:30pm. 39 hours per week. Office based.
