We’re looking for an experienced QS with residential housing experience to step into an exciting, varied role with a well-respected residential development company who have excellence at the heart of everything they do!
The ideal candidate will live locally to Beaconsfield and be willing to travel to sites in the surrounding counties. This role covers a range of quantity surveying and estimating disciplines.
The role includes:
*Competitive salary c.£70,000 - £80,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:
*Manage procurement and subcontractor tendering
*Managing groundworks and key construction packages
*Monitoring and managing costs against site start budgets and project appraisals
*Preparing cost reports for senior management
*Reviewing subcontractor valuations and authorising payments
