Internal Sales Administrator – Full Time, Permanent
Are you great with customers, highly organised, and confident working in a fast-paced environment? We’re looking for an Internal Sales Administrator to join a busy team where you’ll play a key part in supporting day-to-day operations and delivering an excellent service experience.
This role would suit someone with previous customer service or administration experience, ideally within a technical, trade, or stock-focused environment—but full training will be provided for the right person.
Key Responsibilities
*Preparing, issuing and following up customer quotations
*Processing customer orders accurately and efficiently
*Managing back orders and ensuring timely delivery updates
*Supporting the operations team with product enquiries and stock coordination
*Handling daily deliveries and ensuring goods are processed correctly
*Maintaining stock levels and assisting with replenishment across various locations
*Undertaking manual handling of products when required
