Health & Safety Manager – Construction (Full Time)
Salary: £60,000 per annum
Location: North West
Hours: Full Time Contract: Permanent

Our client is a rapidly expanding, £10m multi-disciplinary construction business with sites across the North West and Yorkshire. With further locations planned over the next five years, they are looking for a capable and proactive Health & Safety Manager to take ownership of the function and drive high standards across the group.
What You’ll Be Doing
· Leading the development and delivery of the company’s Health & Safety strategy across all operational sites
· Acting as the day-to-day subject matter expert for all H&S matters
· Implementing, maintaining and improving HSEQ management systems
· Coaching, guiding and influencing teams to embed a positive safety culture
· Driving continuous improvement and proactively identifying areas of enhancement
· Overseeing insurance claims and third-party relationships
· Creating and developing policies, standards and training
· Ensuring compliance with ISO, COSHH, LOLER and wider regulatory requirements

· Highly organised with strong attention to detail
· Able to manage multiple priorities across various sites
· Someone who enjoys autonomy and wants to take ownership of HSEQ
A NEBOSH qualification is desirable but not essential if you have strong hands-on experience.
