SAP Project Accountant - Fixed Term Contract

Following an international acquisition and an upcoming SAP implementation, this business is entering a major period of finance transformation and is looking for an SAP Project Accountant to support the journey.
This is a guaranteed 9-month contract, with the project very likely to extend to 12 months.
Once the programme is complete, there will be a discussion around longer-term opportunities depending on business needs.
Working closely with the Financial Controller, you will support the implementation of SAP, including testing, data validation and user acceptance testing, while assisting with the migration of financial data from Sage 50.
Alongside the systems work, you will enjoy full control of the management accounts alongside supervising a transactions team - this really is a role for someone who likes to get their hands dirty!
The FC will candidates who have implemented SAP within a finance environment, but strong consideration will also be given to candidates who are experiencedSAP users, or those who have supported the implementation of another ERP system.
